All orders placed with Plug My Drip are shipped from our headquarters located in Delhi, India, in Sham Nagar, Vishnu Garden. Upon placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. Orders are dispatched from our Delhi warehouse and typically reach domestic customers within 7-8 days.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email containing a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress on the courier company's website. It's crucial to provide accurate address and contact details to avoid shipment loss, as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect information.
Deliveries occur 6 Days a week, Monday through Saturday, during standard business hours, except on national holidays. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as the Covid-19 pandemic may cause delays, but we'll take measures to minimize them.
