Refund policy
Order cancellations/ Refund requests will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Change of mind: We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items solely due to a change of mind.
- Product safety measures: Cancellation requests will not be entertained if the safety seal/shrink wrap has been removed from the product.
- Usage: Cancellation requests will not be considered if the product has been used/worn.
- Delayed Delivery: No Refund/ Cancellations will be entertained if the order gets delayed due to any unavoidable conditions and communicated by the team.
Sneaker cancellations will only be considered if:
- Request before dispatch: Customers can cancel orders before dispatch, with the refunded amount provided as store credit.

Post-dispatch cancellation: If customers still wish to cancel after dispatch, a 10% deduction from the order value will be applied, and the remaining amount refunded as store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns:
- Damaged product: Returns are accepted only for damaged products received by the customer and a proper unboxing video is required for the same.
- Incorrect size: Returns will be entertained if an incorrect size is delivered, as per the order.

Condition: Returns are only accepted if items are in brand-new condition and original tags ,shrink wrapped plastic not opened on both pairs, with no damage to items or packaging. Items returned with any signs of wear or debris, scuffing, scratches, dents, or damage will be rejected.
- Final Decision: We reserve the right to make the final decision on all return requests, with a processing time of up to 7 days from receiving the item.
- Approval Notification: If your return request is not approved, we will notify you via email. For sneakers, you have the option to have them sent back to you at your expense.
- Packaging: Customers must ensure that the pair is returned in a protective box. If the protective box is damaged, customers must double-box the pair in a larger, protective carton or box before sending.
- Shipping: Shipping costs are non-refundable for any return or exchange.
Exchange:
- Customers must notify us within 3 days of delivery via email at info@plugmydrip.com for any product-related issues. Queries submitted after this period will not be entertained.
- Size exchanges are subject to a 10% deduction from the purchase value if items are in brand-new condition with original tags, shrink-wrapped plastic not opened on both pairs and with no damage to items or packaging. Items returned with any signs of wear or debris, scuffing, scratches, dents, or damage will be rejected, contingent upon the availability of the requested size.
- If the customer selects a lower-value product for exchange, the price difference will be issued as store credit only.
